Shipping within the continental US only. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Please allow a 1-3 business day order processing time on in stock items. Please note weekends and holidays are not business days therefore orders are not shipped on those days. Orders are shipped USPS.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking via email to track you order. Please allow 2-10 business days for your package to arrive. Once the package has left the masdufourachaux fulfillment center and has been scanned in by USPS, masdufourachaux is not longer responsible for the arrival of your package.
If your package does not arrive 10 business days after the order has shipped please contact your local post office and refer to your tracking.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If an order is needing to be exchanged or returned it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back of the item as well as shipping for the new/replacement item.
