Operations Manager- Full Time Stephenville, TX
Our brand is growing at a rapid pace, and we are looking to add an operations manager to our team in Stephenville, Texas. This position will assist the owners of the organization in all day-to-day areas of the business. If you are looking for a career in the wholesale industry, have a passion for fashion, enjoy a laid back but hard-working work environment and believe in small business we would love for you to apply.
This full-time position includes but is not limited to:
-Managing in house team members/scheduling
-Organize office workflow for the entire in-house team
-Develop a warehouse flow strategy for shipping and receiving inventory
-Inventory management
-Answering incoming phone calls and emails
-Manage all customer service
-Monitoring office supplies and ordering new supplies & shipping materials as needed
-Filing and organizing business paperwork & receipts
-Manage our wholesale brand zip code protection policy
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
-2+ years’ experience in selling women’s clothing in retail/wholesale or 2+ years’ experience in a management role
-Have a passion for the women's fashion industry
-Extremely detail oriented
-Have a track record of being a proven leader
-A highly driven self-starter
-Able to think for themselves and create a workflow that works for both them and masdufourachaux
-Be highly effective at communicating with customers & other team members

Our brand is growing at a rapid pace, and we are looking to add a additional brand assistant to our team in Stephenville, Texas. This position will work along side our current brand assistants. The position responsibilities range from receiving & shipping inventory in our warehouse too assisting with marketing our brand.
